During normal business hours, standard service rates apply. After-hours emergency service is available at premium rates, approximately double the standard rate, to cover dispatch outside of regular hours. We are upfront about the cost before dispatching a technician so you can make an informed decision.

If a specific part such as a replacement panel needs to be ordered, our technician will secure the door in a closed and locked position so your home is protected. We then schedule the follow-up repair at our standard service rates, with no additional emergency fee for the completion visit.

Many homeowner insurance policies do cover garage door damage from storms, fallen trees, and other weather events. We provide detailed invoices and photographs that you can submit to your insurance company. We recommend contacting your insurer before or shortly after the repair to confirm your coverage and deductible.

Yes. After a forced entry, we can repair or replace damaged panels, tracks, and locking mechanisms to restore your garage door to a secure state. If the damage is severe enough to require a full door replacement, we will secure the opening with a temporary barrier and expedite the replacement installation.
